Why in excercice ( http://www.chegg.com/homework-help/engineering-mechanics-dynamics-5th-edition-chapter-14-problem-94p-solution-9780136129165 ) its wrong to say Fr-mgsin(angle)=m(bla bla) and rigth to say Fr=m(bla bla). Or symply put why the weight is not being considered?

Whats the difference in this excercice ( http://www.chegg.com/homework-help/engineering-mechanics-dynamics-5th-edition-chapter-14-problem-96p-solution-9780136129165 ) that they consider "mg"
