Question

There are two pulleys as shown in the drawing. The pulleys are of equal radius and mass (10lb) and there is a weight A on the second pulley (20lb). Moment of Inertia of the pulleys is 0.022 slugs-ft^2. The the 15N tension displaces 6 inches up from point b. What is the velocity of point B? I'm supposed to use the principle of work and energy to solve. I have it started but I do not know how to continue. Any would would be greatly appreciated

the radius of the pulley according to the question 18.52 is assumed to be 0.102 m but may not be needed
