Like a particular set of hand or facial movement which can be recognized electronically to respond without use of even touching the phone, to be able to produce display and interactive nature it would be very difficult to do it without the use of devices, for our current technological progress microwave wireless technology is the best way to go and to be interactive like cloud computing you would need much more devices to be as compact as a phone.
