W= 5.90 *2pi = 37.07 rad/s

L= IW = 0.336*37.07

L= 12.46 Kg-m^2/s

b)

W= 1.17*2pi = 7.35 rad/s

I= L/W = 12.46/7.35

I= 1.69 kg-m^2

c)

Wf = 2.70*2pi= 16.96 rad/s

a=alpha

a= (Wf-W)/t =(16.96 - 37.07)/12

a= -1.68 rad/s^2

T=I*a= 0.336*(-1.68)

T= -0.563 N-m
