After switch is closed all capacitors aren't charged so

three resistors in bridge are in parallel

1/R = 1/15 + 1/12 + 1/15

R = 4.615

so R_total = 10 + 4.615 = 14.615 ohm

I = 50/14.615 = 3.42 A

after a long time three resistors are effective in series

so R = 15+15+12+10 = 52 ohm

so I = 50/52 = 0.9615 A

c) V on 10 uF = 0.9615*(15+12) since its in parallel with the combo of 15 and 12 resistors

Q 10uF = 10*0.9615*(15+12)= 259.6 uC

Q 5uF = 5*0.9615(15+12)=129.8 uC
