Cross 1: Parents= red x blue, F1= All red, F2= 61 white, 236 red and 19 blue
Cross 2: Parents= red x blue, F1=14 white, 32 red and 17 blue
Cross 3: Parents= red x white, F1=35 white, 45 red and 12 blue
a. Explain how toenail color is genetically determined.
b. Give the genotypes of all the dingbats in the above crosses. Use alphabet letters, starting with A, a.
c. Describe a hypothetical metabolic pathway that could explain the inheritance of toenail color in dingbats. The pathway must be consistent with all the data
