angle of launch = 58 deg

Horizontal component ux = 35 Cos(58) = 18.54 m/s

vertical component      uy = 35 Sin(58) = 29.68 m/s

b) the ball will have an acceleration of -9.8 while going up , reaches a maximum height where the vertical vel=0 and then fall back to the ground. upward time = downward time

final velocity =0

v = u-gt   t= u/g

total flight time = 2ux /g = 2*29.68/9.8 = 6.06 s

c)

Horizontal velocity ux = 18.54 m/s remains const. as there is no force along horizontal.

after t vertical velocity v = u-gt = 29.68 -9.8*4 = -9.52 m/s

total velocity after 4s , V(4) = sqrt( 18.542 + 9.522 ) = 20.84 m/s

d) max height hmax = uy2/2g = 29.682 /2*9.8 = 44.94 m

e) range = time of flight * Horizontal vel = 6.06 *18.54 = 112.35 m
