Find at least three configurations that light the bulb. Sketch at least two of those configurations here. You are encouraged to use your artistic skills. The instructor will go over the basic symbols we use in circuit analysis. 1. Illustrate two configurations involving the battery, light bulb, and one wire for which the bulb remains unlit. Again, use your artistic skills. 2. Write a description which captures the essence of the difference between configurations in 1 and 2 above 3.

Explanation / Answer

Here, the Main problem is if you are given only one bulb then you can't make more than one arrangements.

But if you are given two bulbs, you can easily make two connections i.e. series and parallel.

for 3 bulbs similarly, many more connections can be made like 2 bulbs connected in series are in parallel with 3rd bulb, all 3 in series or all 3 in parallel.

so firstly check how many bulbs are given then proceed accordingly.
