The digestion of protein requires an unhampered flow. taking large meal is difficult to digest, so take several small one. after taking food, donot lie down to rest but it is prefer that you should go for walk. it augment digestion. If you're prone to acid reflux, it's important that you don't lie flat for a minimum of two hours after you've eaten a meal or snack. while dinning concentrate on your food. Make sure to plan your workout two to three hours after your meal. Going overboard with too much food right before a workout will leave you feeling sluggish and can lead to stomach discomfort.
