(Take up and to the right as positive directions.) horizontal 4 vertical 99.75 (d) What is the the magnitude of the velocity? km x m/s 130.40 (e) What is the angle made by the velocity vector with the horizontal? m/'s (below the horizontal) (1) Find the maximum height above the ciff top reached by the projectile 202.4Explanation / Answer
I see that you have already solved all the parts except vertical component of velocity in part (c)
You can calculate that by using kinematics
vy = vyo - gt
vyo = 105*sin 37 = 63.1905 m/s
vy = 63.1905 - 9.8*16.6
vy = -99.489 m/s
NOTE - Do not forget the negative sign.
