4. same, because we both use same washing technique.

5. after washing my hand, if i touch the switch to on UV, then sterility will not be maintained. so i need my lab partner to do that.

3.presence pf long nails, rings, bracelets, watches can hamper the cleaning up.

4. fungal, bacterial spores remain even after washing, beacuse they are resistant structures.

No, i have never seen bacterial growth on sterile nb, na tubes. but if there is growth, then may be autoclaving was not right. or handling of sterile media was poor.
