You need to make 20 L of an enzyme reaction with 1 L of substrate sample. What volumes of water, buffer concentrate, enzyme, and substrate will you need?

Ans 2. For preparation of 1mM of NaCl from 1M stock we need to 0.05 mL of stock to 50 mL water. Hence in order to prepare 50 mM of NaCl we need to add 2.5 mL of stock to 50 mL and make upto the volume with water.
