1. fatty streak is an irregular, abnormal discoloration on the inside surface of endothelial cells, They are formed by diposition of foam cells whose accumulation leads to artherosclerosis and restrict blood flow through the capillary. thus they (fatty streak) damage the blood vessels by reducing the radius of the vessels and eventually closing the vessel.

2. angina is acondition when a patient experiences chest pain due to reduced blood flow and oxygen levels to the hart muscles. Unstable angina is a condition where the pain is unexpected and occurs while the body is at rest without experiencing any kind of emotional or physical stress. Further, it may put a patient at a risk to a heart attack.

3. congestive heart failure is a condition where the heart cant pump blood as well as it should. and hence ventricular dilation and stretched muscle fibres cant contract effectively to pump blood as a normal heart.
