For the Y part
Don't worry it is simple as for the date table 6.1 you have 2 y right ,one is the first coloumn and the other is a calculated one in the 6 th coloumn .Take the difference and divide it with the original or the data in the first coloumn and multiply it by 100 like
{(ycalculated-yoriginal)/yoriginal}*100%.
For the g part
Now for the table 6.2 we have 3 trials which are t in secs and s=1 m
Use the formula S=u*t+0.5*g*t2 U being 0 as the body was at rest and t being the average one in each case or the data in the 3rd coloumn
Calculate g in each case for the table 6.2.
Now take the first 2 trials of 6.2 table and calculate V1 for trial1 and V2 for trial 2 using equation v2-u2=2*g*S and use ((v1-v2)/(v2+v1/2))*100%
As I can see you require to calculate the % error in g
