Ans 1) Yes, the series of questions helps in correctly classifying and identifying the organism as it helps in finding out of the organisms are unicellular or multi-cellular which is the first basis of classification. It helps in finding out presence of cell wall along with which kingdom it belongs to. The table helps with convenient and easy classification of the animals listed here.

Ans 2) Although the classification gives us a difference in the organism but there are some organisms which are confusion and have traits similar to other kingdom or domain. There are some fungi which are unicellular and some are multicellular. For example, yeast and moulds which are unicellular and some are mushrooms which plant are like and multi-cellular.
Ans 3) The questions asked were almost appropriate but there should be some more organisms for better classification. There could be questions asked related to mode of nutrition which could have justified the classification. Presence of organelles also could be one of the questions to categorise different things.
