Answer: A: Travel a shorter distance during the gel elctrophoresis

Explanation: As there ccurs a mutation in NADH dehydrogenase gene that causes loss of Mae II restriction enzyme site, therefore at this position DNA will not cut. In this way it will remain a larger DNA fragment compared to what will happen if it is digested. In conclusion, we will have larger DNA fragment due to loss of restriction site. As we know the migration of a DNA fragment on the agarose gel is inversley propotional to size of DNA fragemt. Therefore, the larger fragment will now move slower.
