b) Mortality rate -> qx=[lx-(lx+1)]/lx, for example for 1st instar -> q2 =[l2-(l3)]/l2 = (0.15-0.08)/0.15 = 0.46
c) Individual fecundity schedule -> bx=Fx/nx = b7 = F7/n7 = 1,500,000/12,000 = 125
d) Basic net reproductive rate Ro=(lxbx)= 1.5
e) Intrinsic growth rate-> r = ln Ro/Tc , where Tc = cohort generation time = 13 years
