Explanation / Answer

Answer 3:- Process where sickle cell anaemia induced ischaemia are as

Deoxygenation leads to polymerization of haemoglobin which inturn lead to sickling of red cell where there shape get change and then it cause endothelial damage than vasoconstrictions takes place where RBC and leukocyte get adhere to endothelium and then it results in vascular occulasion, organ inschemia which tend to takes place a organ damage.

Difference between ischemia and necrosis is Ischaemia leads to lack of supply of oxygen, where tissue can survive without optimum oxygen supply of anaerobic respiration and tissue don't die without oxygen where necrosis occur if ischemia lived for too long process leads to necrosis which means tissue death.
