As the temperature of growth lowered or decreases,the proportion of unsaturated fatty acid increases.
Palmetoleic acid and oleic acid are unsaturated fatty acid therefore when temperature decreases from 400C -100C
there proportion increases.
As the temperature of growth lowered or decreases,the proportion of saturated fatty acid decreases.
Myristate fatty acid and palmitate fatty acid are saturated fatty acid therefore when temperature decreases from 400C -100C
there proportion decreases.
