RR - autosomal dominant - unaffected

rR/Rr - carrier for cystic fibrosis

rr - autosomal recessive - affected

Therefore all which are labelled as red are having rr form all allele.

Only Ann's mother and her aunt's husband are either unaffected or carrier. Rest all in the family are carriers of cystic fibrosis.
