When the applied force along horizontal direction is equal to frictional force then it moves uniformly.

force along horizontal = F sin 32.68° = 0.54 F

Normal force R = mg + F cos 32.68° = ( 0.6 * 9.8 ) + 0.84 F

kinetic frictional force f = u R where u = coefficient of kinetic fricion = 0.34

= 0.34 ( 5.88 +0.84 F ) = 2 + 0.286 F

according to statement , 0.54 F = 2 +0.286 F

F = 7.87 N

(b) coefficient of static friction U = 0.44

So, required angle = tan^-1( U ) = 23.75 degrees
