swe 1 is important in maintaing the SPB inheritance in cells. If swe 1 mutation means the young SPB or new SPB
has high content of SPB compare to the pre existing SPB.
In Pre existing SPB - mutation of SWE-1 is not have any effect on SPB. But mutation SWE-1 in New SPB has reverse process the SPB will accumulate in new SPB. So, Swe1 is important in new SPB formation only but it has no effect in Pre existing SPB.
2. In old pre existing SPB swe 1 is not require that much that why it is low concentration in the chart. The intermediate is mixing of two old and young SPB that why swe-1 in middle range shows in blue color. The green of fully young pre-existing SPB and swe-1 is more important here that whu swe-1 has high conentration.
