They considered average human as 30 years old weighing 70kg, height of 1.72 m tall and with a body area of 1.85 m2. You roughly consume your own body weight in ATP every day, obviously influenced by your level of activity.
If we assume 70 kilos, that makes 70kg of ATP.
The molecular mass of ATP is 507.18 g/mol,
70,000g/507.18g/mol =138.01 mol./day
One mole = 6*1023 molecules
138*6*1023= 8.28*1025molecules/day
Per second that would be 8.28*1025/24*3600=57.5*1020 molecules per second/avg human body
