I think, Climate is the as the ecological and environmental factors with the greatest potential to affect the evolutionary future of your species. Both species and ecosystem are affected due to change in climate. According the ecologist, life cycle of the human or any species will going to change, distribution of species will also be affected along with trophic networks. There will be decrease in the biodiversity, some species my become extinct. The Ecological factor like temperature too have potential to affect, because due to the increasing population, green –house effect, earth is become too hot.

Behavioural adaptations might be most beneficial in association with these selective pressures.
