But evry coin has two faces. So the disadvantages of the stem cell research are:
a.Immorality : Destruction of blastocysts formed from laboratory-fertilized human eggs is necessary for the use of embryonic stem cells for research. Due to belief of people that life begins at conception, the blastocyst is a human life and to destroy it is immoral and unacceptable.
b. Uncertainty of long term effect: Like any other technology, the long-term effects of such an interference with nature are not known whether it could be materialize.
c. Pre-specialized Stem cells: Most adult stem are pre-specialized, for instance, blood stem cells make only blood, and brain stem cells make only brain cells.

Psychological factors of human being exert major impact on acience. As depending upon the psychology of the people, new discoveries has been done. If there is positive scychology toward science deleting the myths and taboos, then only science can flourish. Unless there will be lot of hinderance.
Political factors again have their impact on the science development. Allocation of money for science, implementation of the scientific rule, all depends on the political governance.
Economic factors: Economy of a country is another factor that is responsible for the development of science and technology in the country. The need of the technologies leads to the new invention. But economically sound countries develop faster.

Economic pillar: The economic condition of any country plays a significant role in the technologies like nuclear reactors, nuclear weapons etc. A country with strong economy will be able to develop its energy transfer technology while those countries with poor economy will be engaged in providing basic needs to its country. So the economic pillar should be strong.
Social pillar: It is very important to take in consideration the social factor while developing the nuclear energy transfer. Everything should be in social benefits. so it should be for the protection and advancement of social life of country.
Environment: This is the most important factor, that while developing any technology of energy transfer methods, we should protect the environment.
