The correct answer to the question is option B.
In the first graph, we see that when the mouse was injected with injections of Oxt (1st graph) , the level of serum vasopressin (Avp) decreased from 1300 pg/ml to 500 pg/ml.
In the second graph, levels of serum oxytocin decreased from 250 pg/ml to 125 pg/ml on injecting the mouse with 4 ug/ml of AVP.
In both the cases, levels of AVP and OXT decreased on injecting with OXT and AVP respectively.
