Write a an overall reaction for the transfer of phosphate from phosphocreatine to ADP to generate creatine and ATP B. Calculate AGo' for phosphorylation of ADP by phosphocreatine.

Phosphocreatinine + ADP + H+ -> Creatinine + ATP

G°transfer = G°donor - G°acceptor

= -10.3 -(-7.6) = -10.3 + 7.6 = -2.7 kcal/mol
