T x 0.1 = I x alpha

T x 0.1 = m x 1.2^2 /2 x (a / 1.2)

T = 6ma /....(i)

mg - T = ma ...(ii)

so , mg - 6ma = ma

a = g/7 = 1.401 m/s2

v^2 = 2ah

v = sqrt(2 x 1.401 x 51) = 11.96 m/s
