Now a day’s person wants to be healthy, so for being healthy exercise is one of the best practises. Exercise can help u for a less chance of diseases such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, etc. If we will say in one word “prevention is better than cure”.
If we will look towards the 20th century technology plays a vital role. So without technology we are noting. For morning getup to the night sleep we need technology. We can say for being healthy also technology plays a major role.
So how we will use technologies in our day today life for being healthy, for e.g. Pedometer, GPS technology
A pedometer is a device through which we can calculate our daily steps, calorie loss, hip movement etc. So simply we can call it’s a fitness tracker. So there are different variety of pedometers are there we can use it like a wrist band, pocket pedometer, pedometer watches, pedometer apps.
What we can measure in pedometer:
GPS tracking technology was started to bring the health and fitness industry into the modern age. GPS tracking devices were developed to provide real-time tracking data on physical activity such as walking, jogging.
There are hundreds of apps and devices are available in today’s market, such as the Healthifyme weight loss coach, I care health monitor, health care. Fitness trackers are beneficial for the beginner or to the athlete.

This aap having the diet chart and which food having how much calories and per day how much calories I should take (including breakfast, launch, snacks, dinner). As we know one coin having two sites. Like that using this aap have also some disadvantages. Said that technology has made up lazier.
