1) for the C0 and C0 in series

1/C1 = 1/C0 + 1/C0

C1 = C0/2

Now, for the equivalent capacitance , as the capcitors are in parallel

equivalent capacitance = C0/2 + C0/2 + C0

equivalent capacitance = 2 * C0

2) if the middle capacitor is 14 * Co

equivalent capacitance = C0/2 + C0/2 + 14 *C0

equivalent capacitance = 15*C0
