with e = 110 v , current i = 6.3*10^-5 A

time constant t = 4.6 s

we know that the time constant of RC circuit is t = R*C

as the capacitor and resistor are in series the current will be same across the capacitor and resitor

so the current is i = e/R ==> R = e/i

Resistor R = e/i = 110 /(6.3*10^-5) ohm

R = 1746031.746 ohm

the time constant is t = R*C

C = t/R

C = 4.6/1746031.746 F

C = 2.63455*10^-6 F
