I got 6.27*10^5m/s which was right

Part B:A proton is moving in the uniform electric field of part A. At point A, the velocity of the proton is 1.87×10^4m/s , again pointed towards the east. What is the speed of the proton at point B?

I keep getting 2.13*10^4 m/s which is wrong.
