I need a detailed step by step account of how to solve this problem from any of you that may know how personally it has me stumped.
The axis of a cylindrical container is vertical. the container is filled with equal masses of water and oil. The oil floats on top of the water, and the open surface of the oil is at height (h) above the bottom of the conatiner. What is the height (h) if the pressure at the botttom of the water is 10kPa greater than the at the top of the oil? Assume the oil density is 875kg/m3
