for a, a rem(or sievert, the new unit) is just the dose in rads weighted for a certain radiation type. for photons > 2MeV thats 5. so absorbed dose should be= 24/5. the answer is in mrads.but im not sure about the relationship w/ RBE for b, 1grey=100rad=1J/kg
