A.Emotional state does influence our eating behaviours.At the same time, it depends on an individual facing the stress, the stressor involved and the circumstances.For example it is seen that when some people eat less in stress there are some who eat more and more in stress.Also,our positive and negative moods influence our eating behaviour.People with positive mood prefer to eat nutritious and healthy food such as fruits, juices and home made food while people in negative mood prefer to eat foods that comfort them during their anger,stressed or sad mood and these food often are unhealthy and pose serious health conditions such as junk food, chocolates ,chips, sweets etc.A situation in which we are in response to an emotional state instead of being hungry is when we are waiting for the exam results to be out.

B.Food advertising usually has an adverse effect on our eating habits or practices.Most of the food advertised include either chocolates,chips, sugar loaded cereals, candies, sugar loaded beverages.These foods are not only unhealthy but also rich in high-fat anf high-calories which is too bad for our health.Specially it is the children who crave more for such foods and consuming them more,that leads to obesity at a very tender age.Moreover,advertisement on instant foods available online have made people spend most of their food budget on buying them and eating them.People are more prone to buy ready to eat foods than preparing food at home.Also, the attactive pacakaging of the food and lavish advertisements make us crave more to try those foods and then continue consuming more of them.
