For a pin plunger switch below, the operating position is 13.75±0.4mm after test. Does this mean that the overtravel max and minimum is 1.6mm from 14.15mm and 13.35mm? Or is the overtravel 1.6mm from 13.75mm? And if I am implenting this switch in a design, should I use initial values or after test values?

And during testing- product has been finished , then obviously we required precise measurment that's mean over travel should be 1.60 mm.
