Diameter =2× radius.

So diameter of petri dish = 19.4cm.

Speed of bacterium = 1.1×10-6m/s

Time = Distance/speed.

T = 0.194m/1.1×10-6

T= 2.134×105seconds. = 213400/3600 hours = 59.28 hours.
