QUESTION?

This are my measurement and simulation results should be in good agreement, and they should provide evidence that the network theorems covered in class are indeed true. Even though your measured results probably differ a bit from your simulation results, are you convinced that your results provide evidence that the network theorems are true? Why or why not?

Explanation / Answer

No, i m not convinced, despite ignoring the minor variation of simulation data from measured data. I have noticed that we have collected merely the input and output data. There are many combination of transfer function that can give the same output and input data. This does not make all those transfer function equivalent. To prove the network theorams conclusively we have to test the components of system being used. Also we fail to appreciate the fact that all the components used are linear devices. This is important because network theorams fail for non linear devices. Also the frequecy used in these circuit are low frequency. This is improtant because at higher frequency the wire because a lumped device and has its own resistance capacitance and inductance. This can greatly alter the experimental results.

Therefore unless the above concerns are noted, i can not be convinced that the evidence is sufficient for network theorams to be true,
