Explain in detail how you plan to remain technologically current in your field over the life of your employment There are a few plans to remain technologically current in my field while the life of my employment. The First plan is to join the world's largest technical professional organization for the advancement of technology (IEEE). This organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. This organization updates engineering student and employee by sending the information of any new technology come to the society. Also, the members can attend lectures by webinar service and it is offered many topics related to science, math, engineering...etc. Other plan to keep engineering students and employee update with technologically current is to attend a workshop or seminar lectures. Many universities are offering workshops and seminar classes for many field, and by attending this kind of classes the students and employee will be in the update and they will not forget the information they learned in their universities.

Also,We should be in touch to our colleague and communicate with them about the recent developments and new ideas of our respective engineering discipline.Moreover,we can make a GROUP on social website such as facebook,whatsapp and add our friends or colleague into it who are interested to be technologically current so that one post on this group can make us updated.

We should also go into the market and see the latest gadgets and the technology used in it.later,we can discuss this technology with our students and colleagues so that make ourself and society updated technologically.

We should also go on Industrial Tour's so that we can know about the latest technologies.
