You should have given the screenshot of your report but I anyways, i am giving you the guidelines on how to procedd:
4. Here, you have to check your report for consistency, fluency, and lengthiness.
If your report is fluent, i.e., every paragraph is the continuation of the previous paragraph, then tick on this 2nd option.
If your report is concise, i.e, there is no repetition whatsoever, then tick on this 3rd option.
