4 (a)1.3105 main scale reading is 1 then 0.3 fpr mini scale then round intersect at 10 which means 0.01 amd vernier is 0.0005 therefore reading becomes 1+.3+.01+.0005=1.3105
3 for this i am getting as 0.5525 but that is not in option so sorry dont know about this 3 question.
