[b] The boundary conditions for diffusion of heat from complete system to the environment are at room temperature this will certainly not diffuse any of the heat to the outside environment. When the temperature is below room temperature the processor will tend to heat the complete system upto room temperature and keep the system without faulty conditions and provide a good working.
[c] We cannot provide any boundary conditions for the heat conduction through the mobile at the perticular temperatures, it may automatically shutdown at some temperature levels. There are some systems which provide good heat conducting zones like entire body will results in performing heat conduction process. The insulation may provide in the cases like low environment temperatures like in temperatures less than melting point of water.
