Question
For finding the modulus of elasticity, is the practicly vertical (first part of graph) suppost to be used or is the section of the curve between strain = 0.04 and 0.06 suppose to be used? For the vertical section I got the modulus of elasticity to be 362 MPa and for the curved section 2.4 MPa.
Also, which point is used to find the Yield Strenth and is the 1 or 2 values for it (high and low?)?

For calculation of modulus of elasticity linear elastic part of curve is considered. So practicaly vertical line ( first part of graph ) will be considered. Hence modulus of elasticity will be 362 MPa. Strain 0.04 and above will come under plastic region.
There are two yield points. Upper yield point and lower yield point. Upper yield point is around 305 MPa and lower yield point is around 265 MPa.
