1.Just washing your hands with tap water is not sufficient when you deal with raw chicken. because chicken or raw chicken can contain more than 1 kind of different germs or pathogen. when we deal with raw chicken the germs can transfer from raw chicken to our hands. and these terms can be any kind of pathogen which can cause any kind of infections or disease to human. so just rinsing your hands with tap water is not sufficient to protect yourself from germs. use of alcohol or any kind of detergent prevent from transmission of pathogens or germs.
2. when you answer your phone while doing handling with raw chicken then there is a chances of transfer of germs from your hands to Your phone. when you work with second and it is the probability that few germs can transfer to your hands and when you handle your phone with your hands then there is a chances of transmission of pathogens. then whenever you use phone after your work then there is a chances to get back your pathogens from phone to user.

the direction of water flow must be from elbows to fingers or nails.
Hands should be washed with a good anticontaminating agent.
4. there is a less chances of transfer of germs from one to another by the use of same hand towel. there is less chances only in the condition when every person cleans his or her hands with good anticontaminating agent. in other words we can say use of same towel after completing a proper cleaning of hands is not that much unsafe.
