                 Botrytis cinerea is a necrotrophic fungus. It is also known as botrytis bunch rot and gray mold in viticulture and horticulture respectively. It mainly affects the flowers and buds, although infects fruits, leaves, and stem.
                      Botrytis cinerea mainly infects the flowers and fruits of strawberries that lead to reducing the strawberries production. After infection, it appears soft and light brown rot in any parts of the berries and damaged it within 48 hours.
