It is clear that the 1st graph is representing the aerated flask because the bacteria are facultative anaerobes. They require oxygen too and under unwanted condition, they can live in anaerobic condition. In non-aerated the environment is only anaerobic therefore, here bacteria are getting level of growth after 20 minutes, and due to the anaerobic condition, the glucose cannot utilize when the present oxygen would deplete.
