CHP = 8 mmHg

so NFP( net filtration pressure) = 56 - (29+8) = 19 mmHg

this value exceeds normal NFP (i.s 10 mmHg). the value is higher due to an elevated GHP and slightly decreased COP and CHP. As a result, this will increase the amount of filtered at the glomerulus and will increase the GFR.

During an inflammatory response, the permeability of capillary is increased which would allow for larger molecules and blood cells to squeeze through into the filtrate. there is no other mechanism for reabsorbing these substances and they, therefore, appear in the urine.
