(c) What angle does the velocity vector of the package make with the ground at the instant before impact, as seen from the ground?

a) v = 13 - 7.20 = 5.8 m/s


b) t = sqrt(2 x 8.80 /g) = 1.34 sec

R = vt = 7.77 m


c) v_y = gt = 13.13 m/s

v_x = 5.8 m/s

angle = tan-(vy/vx) = 66.17 degrees below ground
