1. It is not safe to drink ocean water because it contains a lot of salt in it. So, when we drink ocean water, out body will urinate more to excrete excess salt. Hence, we will feel more dehydrated than earlier because of urination.

2. Person can drink sugar water because it contain glucose that is one of the simplest sugar, that body can absorb and give instant energy to the person.
