ANSWER IS NOT 16.75 N OR -16.75 OR 719 N or 23 or -23 i already tried these and got the answer wrong..

I can assureyou the answer is 23N, I have checked it thoroughly. The force centrifugal will just become 4 times to give that answer(assumed g=9.8). The computers answer could be wrong
